What we collect

When you use a form, HuntShak receives the information you enter: your email, name where requested, story or message, linked media, and your consent choices. Newsletter signup records your email and consent. We don’t collect payment information.

How we use it

We use submissions to consider stories, respond to you, and maintain records of your permissions. Newsletter details are used for HuntShak updates after email delivery is configured. We do not sell your personal information.

Where it goes

The website and private form records are hosted by Cloudflare. Records are accessible to authorized HuntShak account administrators. Nothing submitted is published automatically. Cloudflare may process technical request information for security and delivery.

Analytics and cookies

No advertising pixels or third-party analytics vendor is enabled at launch. The site does not place analytics cookies. If that changes, this page will be updated.

Your choices

To ask about, correct, or remove information, withdraw publication permission for future use, or unsubscribe, use the contact form and choose the relevant topic. Newsletter emails, once enabled, will also include an unsubscribe link.

Retention and ownership

We keep submissions while they are under consideration or needed to document permission for published work. You can request removal. You retain ownership; see story permissions for the separate publication choice.

Keep private things private

Don’t submit passwords, sensitive personal information, private locations, or material you lack permission to share. These forms are intended for adults.
