Story permissions

You keep ownership.

A submission opens a conversation. Publication is a separate choice.

Permission to contact

The required contact checkbox lets HuntShak review your submission and contact you about it. It does not grant publication rights or subscribe you to marketing emails.

Optional publication permission

If you check the separate publication box, you give HuntShak non-exclusive permission to publish, reproduce, and share your submitted words and linked media on HuntShak’s website, episodes, and official social channels, with credit to the name you provide. HuntShak may edit for clarity or length without intentionally changing the meaning.

You retain ownership and may publish your work elsewhere. There is no transfer of copyright, promise of payment, or guarantee of publication. If additional rights or a paid arrangement are needed, those require a separate agreement.

If you leave the box unchecked

We can discuss your submission, but we won’t publish or reuse it without getting permission separately.

Only submit what you can share

Submit your own work or material you have permission to share. Get permission from identifiable people before sending private stories or media about them. Don’t disclose exact private hunting locations.

Changes and removal requests

Use the contact form to request corrections, removal, or withdrawal of permission for future use. We’ll review the request with you. Copies already shared by others may be outside HuntShak’s control.
